From the A31 Ashley Heath roundabout turn on to the A338 spur road ( sign posted for Bournemouth A338 and Christchurch B3073 )

Continue for 5.8 miles ( Approx 1 mile past the Christchurch/Hurn B3073) then exit left as you approach  the 'Cooperdean Roundabout' flyover ( sign posted for Wimborne and Southbourne ).

Keep in the left lane and turn left at this roundabout toward Christchurch. As you proceed along this road you should immediately see an Esso garage on your left and the blue roofed building of Bournemouth Hospital.

After 500 metres you'll come to a large set of traffic lights.Go straight across these lights, you should now see Tesco on your left.

After a further 300 meters you'll come to another set of traffic lights. Continue straight across.

After a further 400 metres you'll come to Iford Roundabout. Go straight across toward Tuckton. You will now be on Iford Lane.

Continue along this road for 1/2 mile, under the railway bridge and you will now see Iford playing field on your left.  Watch out for the speed camera!

Turn next left into the playing field entrance, and just after the rugby club buildings, you'll find a path on your right leading to the track.
